By completing and electronically signing this form you accept all standards and conditions stipulated on the Consignment Stock Contract and will then receive an email containing the signed contract at the email address provided.

 

Notification will also, of course, be provided to ourselves and we will then despatch the Display and Stock Consignment Pack.
